Gday Ariah, just a little feedback review for you and your team.
Found the approach from your team and yourself very realistic and helpful.
You guys were the only real estates willing to take the time to spend a day running around and showing me properties and also to do the legwork prior in organising inspections.wirh tenants.
Also getting a realistic approach from a real estate agent willing to approach a property sale was also extremely refreshing. It's a rare honest agent that is willing to present a property as it is, showing a properties poor condition side as well as its high points.
From a personall point of view as a tradesman, ide much rather have someone honest show me a property, rather than an agent who is only interested in ripping people off for a higher commission.
I can highly recommend to anyone the service you provided for me, and fair warning for people that choose to work with other real estates.
On the one hand I had cooktown real estate present properties in an open realistic manner..... on the other hand I had other real estates try and present wrecks for top dollar, wich as a chippy I found extremely distasteful, even when the agent knew I was a carpenter they still chose to present termite ridden, rotten wrecks filled with asbestos as an opportunity of a lifetime, even though as a tradesman they were presenting me with a demolition bill to remove the houses before a rebuild could be done, often trippling the cost of a vacant block.
So guys, if your reading this, don't waste your time and money with the other agents, go and see Ariah and her crew, you stand a much better chance of knowing what your buying, and far less chance of being ripped off.
I can highly recommend cooktown real estate... the others I wouldn't ____ on.

Thank you for selling our Cooktown investment property after Cooktown Real Estate and formerly Rainforest Real Estate had very successfully managed it as a rental for much of the past 18 years since purchase.

While there were factors outside your control much earlier on which impacted time-wise on the sale, you and your team were excellent when it came to potential buyers and then the actual sale. Nothing was too much trouble for CRE for both the buyer and us as the sellers. Even though there were a few issues with the sale, again outside your control, CRE went to great lengths to assist a smooth purchase with a short contract which suited both of us.

If only real estate agents in the big cities were as understanding and tenacious!
